Luc Castilloux, a Moncton native, has an impressive roster of experience that covers all the bases in the culinary world and spans across Canada and beyond. His many achievements include being the opening chef of a top 100 restaurant and running a restaurant at a boutique resort in the Bahamas owned by former NHL player Mark Messier.
