We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Proshop/BackShop Golf Personnel to join our dynamic team here at Royal Oaks Golf Club. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for golf and a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our members and guests. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for helping with the pro shop’s daily operations while also supporting the back shop functions. Your duties will include assisting customers with their golf needs, providing equipment maintenance, and ensuring that all merchandise is displayed and stocked appropriately. Our ideal candidates will have a thorough understanding of golf equipment and the game itself, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No previous experience necessary, job training will be provided. If you are motivated individual, enjoy early mornings and a team environment then this job could be for you. Duties to perform are trimming, weeding garden beds, picking up of garbage, moving tee markers, leaf debris clean up and the operation of variety of three and four wheel diesel and gas turf equipment. Must be physically fit and the ability to lift twenty pounds.

Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc. Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc. Install appliances and equipment if needed. Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
