We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Proshop/BackShop Golf Personnel to join our dynamic team here at Royal Oaks Golf Club. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for golf and a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our members and guests. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for helping with the pro shop’s daily operations while also supporting the back shop functions. Your duties will include assisting customers with their golf needs, providing equipment maintenance, and ensuring that all merchandise is displayed and stocked appropriately. Our ideal candidates will have a thorough understanding of golf equipment and the game itself, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Grounds Crew:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our Grounds Crew team. This position plays a key role in the daily upkeep and presentation of the golf course, ensuring a clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable environment for players. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can follow direction in a team-oriented setting.
Assistant Superintendent:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Superintendent to support the overall maintenance and daily operations of our golf course. This role works closely with the Superintendent to ensure the course is maintained to a high standard, providing an excellent playing experience for members and guests. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Mechanic – Golf Course Equipment:
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of golf course equipment. This role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring all machinery is safe, efficient, and ready for daily use. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues.

Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc. Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc. Install appliances and equipment if needed. Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
